Don't retire on guesswork

Retirement shouldn't feel like a risk.

For the Intentional Woman stepping into retirement, the question isn't how much you've saved. It's what you want this next chapter to actually feel like, and whether your money is set up to deliver it.

Let's talk →

The Rose Line way

Retirement isn't just a money problem. It's a life problem with money in it.

You've spent decades being the one who got it right. Now the decisions are harder to walk back, and there's no boss left to sign off. We share that weight, walking every decision with you, in plain English, on a plan built around your life and not just your numbers.

  1. 01

    Start the conversation

A first call, free and virtual, with no pitch. We meet over Zoom from wherever you are. You leave knowing whether we are the right fit.

  2. 02

    Build your plan

If we are a fit, we get to work. Income, taxes, investments, and legacy, all coordinated and built around the life you want. No jargon. No surprises.

  3. 03

    Live the plan, together

Plans drift if no one revisits them. Yours gets reviewed every quarter, and any time life changes the math. We don't wait for you to call.

About Rose Line

Built by a mother and her two daughters.

Money isn't just math. It's what sits underneath every decision you make about your future, and it's why most women arrive at retirement with strong savings and no clear plan for how to live on them. The system taught us how to accumulate. It didn't teach us what to do once we got here.

Rose Line was built by three women who got tired of watching the industry talk past women who had done all the work. We build plans around the life you actually want, in plain English, with the kind of attention you'd give your own family. Because in this case, we did.

Questions we hear most

Asked plainly, answered plainly.

How do you protect my personal and financial information?+

Very seriously. Your account access is encrypted end to end, and we use multi factor authentication on everything that allows it, including our own access. Tax returns, statements, and sensitive documents don't live in email; they live in a secure client portal you and we both log into. We keep our team small and our access lists shorter. Two people see your file, not twelve. If anything ever did go wrong, and it hasn't, you would hear from us first, in plain English.

Do you only work with women?+

Tailored for women, not limited to them. Our process, our planning philosophy, and the way we run a meeting are all built around how women experience money and retirement. We also regularly work with spouses, partners, and adult children, because retirement decisions are almost always shared. Whoever is at the table, no one gets talked over.

When is the right time to start planning for retirement?+

Earlier than most people think. The five to ten years before retirement are when the most consequential decisions get made: Roth conversions, withdrawal sequencing, when to claim Social Security, what to do with your 401(k). Done well, those choices compound for the rest of your life. If you are inside ten years of stopping work, that is the right window. If you are already retired, the next best window is now.

What happens if the market drops after I retire?+

That is sequence of returns risk, and it is the single biggest market hazard in retirement. Two women with identical savings can have completely different outcomes depending on whether the market falls the year they start drawing or twenty years in. We build your plan so a bad year doesn't break it. Your near term spending isn't sitting in volatile assets, so you never have to sell at a low to pay for groceries.

What if I feel overwhelmed or behind?+

You are not behind. You are at a turning point. Most women were never taught how to retire, only how to save. The system is great at telling you to max your 401(k); it goes quiet the day you actually have to live on it. The uncertainty you feel is a gap in the system, and you are standing on top of it looking for a bridge. Our job is the bridge.
